Infection Control Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and well cared for at the clinic. If you are unwell on the day of your appointment, just let us know and we will find you another time.
Masks are optional unless we let you know of a temporary requirement, and we are glad to wear one if you would prefer — just tell us when you book. Hand sanitizer is available, and clinic rooms and shared surfaces are cleaned between appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. We understand that unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary.
Appointment cancellation
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a $50 fee. The clinic may waive the fee for illness or exceptional circumstances when the appointment is rescheduled.
Medical Disclaimer
Thermography records the infrared energy your skin gives off and presents it as a map of skin-surface temperature patterns. It shows function rather than structure, which is why it is used alongside clinical examination, mammography and the other tests your health care provider recommends — not in place of them.
A report describes what the images show; it does not diagnose a condition or determine the cause of a temperature difference, and it is not medical advice. Thermography is not emergency care: please have new, persistent or worsening symptoms assessed by a qualified health care professional.
